That depends mainly on the depth of onboarding, not on the technology. For a clearly scoped use case with an existing knowledge base, two to four weeks is realistic: selecting and training the team, setting up system access, and a pilot phase with shadowed calls. Complex subject matter takes longer – in that case we plan the onboarding together with you rather than estimating it.

We work with a fixed scoring sheet agreed with you before the project starts – so that what matters to you is measured, rather than a generic standard. Samples are reviewed on a regular cadence, not once per quarter.

Alongside quality scoring we report availability, first contact resolution and abandon rate. First contact resolution is the most informative of these: it shows whether an enquiry was actually resolved or merely ended.

Processing is GDPR-compliant. Access is role-based, logged, and limited to what the task requires.

For analytics – such as contact-driver analysis – personal data is removed automatically before the analysis runs. Where required, these analyses can run entirely without external services or cloud connectivity, in which case the data never leaves your environment.

Both, depending on the project. Topics with elevated data protection or equipment requirements are handled on site; many other projects can run remotely, which widens the candidate pool considerably – particularly for native-level German.

Whichever model applies, the same requirements for connection quality, equipment and working environment hold. These are defined and provided, not quietly assumed.

Yes. A partial volume is often the more sensible starting point: you keep your existing structure and we take a defined slice – overflow at peak times, evening and weekend coverage, or a single enquiry type.

That makes it possible to measure the result against your current process before deciding on any expansion.

Short-term peaks are covered through shift planning and a trained reserve pool. Lead time is what matters: for planned events – campaigns, product launches, billing runs – we plan the capacity with you in advance.

For unforeseen peaks, staged measures apply, from changed call routing to temporary prioritisation of certain enquiry types. What applies in which order is agreed beforehand rather than improvised during the event.
